Thank you for considering joing the Oxon Hill High School PTSA family. We wish to accomplish our mission through the following actions:
1. Develop and maintain a PTSA where everyone is welcome to receive information in a timely, well organized fashion.
2. Endeavor to treat all persons in a courteous and professional manner.
3. To work with our school to provide a quality education for all its students.
4. To establish and maintain open lines of communication between and among PTSA members, school staff and the school board. We encourage and welcome input from everyone involved - parents, faculty and students.
5. To provide representation at the school board and PTA council meetings and to report on those proceedings to our membership.
6. To raise and utilize funds in a manner that is in keeping with our mission statement.
7. Facilitate and enable participants to come together to make a positive difference for Oxon Hill High School's students by.
a. Encouraging parents and faculty to join OHHS PTSA (become PTSA members)
b. Encouraging regular attendance of Board & General PTSA meetings
c. Encouraging parents and faculty to volunteer at both school and PTSA events
d. Encouraging parents, faculty and students to actively support school and PTSA events
